Orders: Catering orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance through the Website or by contacting our team directly.
Payments: A 20% deposit is required upon booking, with the final balance payable upon delivery.
Cancellations: Catering order cancellations must be made at least 2 days in advance to receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made after this period may forfeit the deposit.
Bookings: Event Venue bookings require a signed contract and a deposit of 20% at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due a day before the event.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations made after this period may forfeit the deposit.
Usage: You agree to comply with all event center rules, including restrictions on decorations, noise levels, and capacity limits.
Availability: Buffet services are subject to availability and may require advance reservations.
Pricing: Buffet pricing is per person and subject to change. Any additional services (e.g., beverage packages) will be charged separately.
Order Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your online order, including food selections, quantities, and delivery or pickup details.
Payments: Online orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering via the Website’s secure payment system.
Cancellations/Refunds: Online orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, refunds are at our discretion.
